RailStop.com is dedicated to making your Internet experience a pleasant
one. All customer information is held in private and all orders are placed
on a secure server. RailStop will never make customer information available
to other Internet operations.
This site is being developed as an information source for model railroading
and as an e-commerce site to support selling RailStop products and other
quality or hard to obtain items.
Please contact RailStop.com at any time with
comments, questions or historical information for our articles.

| Payment: |
Orders can be paid for using MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Check or MO. Credit
cards are not charged untill the item ships. To use a check. MO or PayPal
, select "Invoice and Payment Before Delivery". For PayPal send
payment to sales@RailStop.com. For PayPal, and Mail-In payment you will
be invoiced through email and the item held for 10 days awaiting payment.

All orders are shipped as quickly
as possible. Normally within 2 days. |

If you have a question, please
call or email us anytime. Normal hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Mountain time but
try to call up to 7:00 PM |
| Shipping Charges: |
Shipping and handling charges
are as reasonable as possible. They are based on weight and priority mail
rates. A small handling charge is added to pay for some of our time and
the containers we have to purchase. Although charges are based on USPS rates,
packages may be shipped by UPS as well. |
| Taxes: |
We charge 3% sales tax for Colorado
residents. |
